BRIEF SUMMARY
Systems Engineers interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to derive project plans for iboss product/service implementations and subsequently drive those projects to successful completion. An ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience successfully managing multiple simultaneous complex projects involving technical software implementations and be customer interfacing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain procedures for successful interoperation between project management, product management, sales, and technical implementation teams.
- Document, track, organize, and oversee all external product technical implementation projects
- Marshal internal and external resources in support of deriving initial project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings in support of tracking project status.
- Regularly communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- In collaboration with Technical Implementation Team Leads, assign activities and work efforts to internal resources.
- Identify and assist in mitigating risk related to project success.
- Estimate, track, and manage project budget requirements.
- Escalate gating issues to sales, product management, and technical implementation management teams.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous professional project management and client interfacing experience
- Current PMP or comparable industry certification desirable
- Expert with developing and maintaining Gantt charts
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality

- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong detail orientation and listening skills
- Well-developed time management skills
- Strong decision making and analytical abilities
