1) 7-10 years of strong Business Analysis/ Data Analysis experience within the Banking sector.
2) 3-5 years of Commercial Lending banking experience, in particular various loans originations/ booking systems, data, products, processes within this space, various loan products (indicative + financials + reference data) and understanding of the entire loan life cycle
3) 7-10 years of Data Analysis/ Mapping, Data Lineage, Data Governance, Data Quality experience. Ideally a candidate who has worked in a Data organization
4) 7-10 years of experience writing complex SQL queries, and working on Data warehouses, Data Lake or Databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata
5) 1-2 years of experience working on/ delivering products using the Agile framework.
6) 1-2 years of experience using JIRA, and able to write functional requirements, creating backlogs, EPICs, and user stories
7) Excellent knowledge/ understanding of Commercial Lending systems/ data architecture concepts
8) Excellent understanding of BCBS239 data principles, including data governance and processes
9) Good knowledge/ understanding of Credit/ Market Risk data/ concepts

responsibilities:
Prior working experience with Client in the Commercial Banking area preferred.
Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Strategy & Planning. Contribute to large scale planning related to Strategy & Planning. Assist in the identification of strategic business, investment opportunities, evaluation, and approval process of identified opportunities. Review and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives. Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables. Resolve moderately complex issues. Lead team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
