Job Title: System Software Engineer

Onsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite

The pay range for this role is $87500- $125000 Range per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Job Description

• Utilize extensive knowledge of J1939 messaging, including understanding SPNs (Suspect Parameter Numbers), PGNs (Parameter Group Numbers), and DM1 messages.
• Perform CAN network and component testing to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Leverage expertise in UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services) for vehicle diagnostics.
• Use CANdela software for CAN database and diagnostic development.
• Collaborate within an agile development environment and actively contribute to sprint planning and execution.
• Manage project tasks and workflows using Jira.
• Develop and simulate models using Simulink for testing and analysis.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to debug and resolve network-related issues.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in CAN diagnostics, testing, and network communication.
• Proficiency in J1939 messaging protocols, including SPNs, PGNs, and DM1 messages.
• Hands-on experience with CANdela and UDS protocols.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Experience with CAN network/component testing and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Simulink for modeling and simulation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention
