- System Director of Food and Nutrition Services (2 Sites)
Location: Norfolk, VA
Projected Salary: 95-100K Range
This position will Direct a 2 site operations. GM or Director Role in a Children's Hospital Dining setting is required!
In an acute Children's hospital, multi facility setting, system setting, the System Director’s primary role is to serve as a Leader and Support Resource to General Managers, Food Service Culinary and Operations Managers and Team Members, while balancing the needs and goals of our Client-Partners and collective business goals.
The Leadership role is a broad, encompassing responsibility of growth of sales, profits, and Team Member excellence in the Director is operating area. The System Director is expected to model our company's values, vision and culture. There are several key success indicators: sales growth, consistent profitability commensurate with the sales levels, operating conditions and the retention of our most valued stakeholders.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of proven leadership in a multi-site Senior Management role with recent experience in a Healthcare setting with oversight including Café Dining, Retail, Catering and Guest Services
- Polished Client Relation partnership and skills to include all levels of Organizational Executive Leadership
- Demonstrated Career Progressive Growth
- Proven success in Change Management
- Impeccable communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Culinary or similar
- Ability to travel up to 3 hours 50% and more when required
Job Relations:
- The System Director is responsible to and reports directly to Senior District Manager Healthcare
- The System Director will have oversight of the System General Managers with 6 direct reports
- Inter-relationship - Must work closely with Client Administration and Institution department heads, as well as with staff.
