Job Title: Systems Administrator (Remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows operating systems, Office 365, and both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a network of 20 on-premises servers, with a planned migration to the cloud.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365 environments.
• Support and maintain FortiGate network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Assist with the implementation and support of UniFi phone systems.
• Monitor system performance, address technical issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure uptime and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and improvements.
• Document system configurations, processes, and updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in systems administration, particularly with Windows OS and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate and familiarity with networking concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud migration processes and strategies.
• Experience or exposure to UniFi phone systems is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
