About the Role

Job Title: System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux (RHEL, SUSE) and Windows (Win2K, Win2K3, NT4) servers.
• Troubleshoot cluster issues in SAN environments and resolve hardware or OS-related problems.
• Manage high-availability data centres, file servers, and print servers.
• Implement and monitor Windows security protocols across diverse server environments.
• Perform regular backups, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Linux/Windows server environments and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of SAN clustering and high-availability systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in high-availability data centers.
• Knowledge of enterprise server security and automation tools.

Location: Quincy, MA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
