System Administrator - Dale Workforce Solutions

Job: Smartsheet SME / System Admin 
Location: New Albany, OH
Duration: 1 year contract, open to extensions

Job Details:

• Assume System Administrator responsibility during the development, roll out and scale up Client Ohio's Project Portfolio Management system in Smartsheet.
• Work with Smartsheet consultants and Client stakeholders to configure and maintain toolkits, templates and functional dashboards.
• Work with Client stakeholders to adopt Resource Management application.
• Develop work instructions and playbooks to define ongoing maintenance and operation of the PPM infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate:

• Not a software developer but has experience introducing new tools or technologies in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with project management concepts, including workflows, integrated schedules, and resource allocation.
• Previous work with Smartsheet (especially Control Tower) is highly preferred.
• Experience in a large corporate environment, with an understanding of complex organizational structures and communication channels.
• Strong soft skills to work across teams and influence adoption. Ability to communicate the system's functionality and benefits clearly to resistant users.
• Comfortable working with engineers, process development teams, and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of resource management, including assigning, prioritizing, and tracking workloads.
• Self-directed and proactive in identifying and solving problems. Adaptable to a dynamic and sometimes confusing environment.
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Candidates do not need pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience but should have some regulated industry experience.
