WE LOVE OUR WORK.:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests and team members.
- Maintain operation status of all cameras and monitors including multi-plexers, quads, splitters, switchers, CPU alarm interfaces and other related equipment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors for all equipment that needs outside servicing and communication.
- Maintain and program the operating functions of the surveillance and security system matrix.
- Cooperate with management in the suggestion, design and installation of all projects as required by business needs.
- Stay current on industry trends and technological advances.
- Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
- Performs other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Perform the duties of a Surveillance Agent when needed.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years’ experience within this technical field preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ability to be contacted after hours or need to be available on an on call status and be able to respond quickly during emergency situations
- Ability to read and write accurate and factual reports and support documents
- Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming auto insurance carrier
- Ability to lift, push, and pull cables and equipment and effectively and efficiently move around work areas
- Must be able to work with various tools used in the electronic, cctv, computer and electrical/mechanical fields including but limited to working on ladders, lifts and in crawl spaces
- Knowledge and understanding of electronic, video, and alarm functions
- Knowledge and understanding of computers, report writing and document management
