Surgical Pathology Opportunity with No Call - Suburban Health Organization

Major Hospital in Shelbyville, Indiana, is seeking a Surgical Pathologist to join our team. We are a progressive health care organization that is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. • Full-time
• Solo practice
• Flexible Monday to Friday schedule to cover cases generated throughout hospital system
• No call
• Total surgical case volume of 5,500per year
• Must be BC/BE
• Serve as Medical Director of hospital-based laboratory
• Regular performance of pathological analysis of submitted specimens, including frozen section and FNA interpretation
• Will work closely with Director of Laboratory Services, an experienced Medical Technologist
• CLIA Certified Laboratory
• Meditech Expanse EMR
