Supv. Clinical Operations - University Medical Center of El Paso

Job Summary
Supervises the administration of patient care and hospital systems to include the overall functioning of human and material resources.  Manages the Administrators on Duty (AOD) and the Float Pool with direction and support from the Director Nursing Clinical Operations.

Work Experience
Three years of supervisory/management experience required.  Strong background as a Registered Nurse in critical care and/or the Emergency Department. 

License/Registration/Certification
Current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
Current CPR training program.
ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of being in the department.

Education and Training
Bachelor degree in Nursing required.
