Job Summary:
As a Support Technician at our client, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations for dental offices using our cutting-edge dental equipment. You'll provide both software and hardware support, assisting dental professionals in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of their patient care workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Software Support:
- Assist dental offices with patient management software, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with dental staff to address software-related queries and ensure smooth usage.
- Train users on software functionalities and best practices.
- Hardware Support:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues related to specified dental equipment (both computer-based and phone-based).
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on dental devices.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex hardware problems.
- CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) Products:
- CBCT expertise is highly desirable.
- Provide technical guidance to dental professionals using CBCT devices.
- IT Networking:
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to specified equipment.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of our products into dental office networks.
- Electronics Knowledge:
- Understand the electronic components of specified devices.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving electronic malfunctions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with patient management software systems.
- Basic knowledge of IT networking principles.
- Understanding of electronics and mechanical systems.
- CBCT experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
- Bonus: Eligible for a 5% performance-based bonus.
