On the manufacturing floor, you'll find a cutting-edge plastic injection molding plant where precision and innovation come together. While we ensure top-notch quality in component production, you may occasionally notice mild odors and temperature variations typical of the manufacturing process. Some of the responsibilities of Supply chain and CR Specialist may include: * Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with (MRO)suppliers. * Create and process purchase orders. * Track order status and resolve discrepancies. * Track inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels. * Assist in planning inventory replenishment to meet production needs. * Arrange transportation and logistics for inbound shipments. * Monitor shipping schedules and delivery status. * Identify opportunities to reduce shipping and transportation costs. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency replenishment * Generate reports on supply chain activities and performance. * Maintain accurate supply chain records and databases. * Identify areas for process improvements within the supply chain. * Support implementation of lean practices and improvement initiatives. * Assist in resolving supply chain-related issues across departments. Requirements/Responsibilities Supply chain and CR Specialist Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. * Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and methodologies. * Experience with supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent. * APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. * Leadership skills to drive process improvements and manage change. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
