Supply Chain General Manager at Confidential

As Supply Chain General Manager, you will develop and maintain a highly engaged workforce, build and foster a positive relationship with our 3PL customer, and ensure the efficient operation of the assigned area(s) within distribution site.

Position requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in warehousing or distribution
• 5-10 years leadership experience
• Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience
• Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and labor management systems preferred
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
• Experience developing and/or managing financials; experience with HR practices
