Supply Chain Clerk Lead at Medline Industries - Transportation & Operations

Job Summary

We are in need of a Supply Clerk Lead to join our team for a first shift position. The schedule will be 7:00am-3:30pm This is a mobile position and will require traveling to a different location after each onsite project is completed. Schedule may change when reporting to certain locations.

The Supply Chain Clerk Lead is an integral part of our team's success. Leads perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup to the Supervisor as necessary. Act as a liaison between various business units to ensure success of customer relationship

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing staff and workload to meet or exceed productivity performance standards. Provide functional supervision to team members in the absence of Supervisor.

• May assist in the training of associates at assigned location.

• Under the direction of the supervisor, facilitates team meetings, assist with employee reviews and provide feedback, review site employee errors and trains, coaches and provides day-to-day direction and training to eliminate potential errors.

• At the direction of the supervisor, may be tasks with gathering data to support the maintenance of records including time cards/sheets, training data, etc.

• Embrace KPI's, track trends and best practices implemented by supervisor.

• Direct the workflow of team in support of customer needs and best practices standards.

• Perform all duties of the Supply Chain Clerk and act as backup as necessary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma

• 1 year experience as a Supply Chain Clerk.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

• Must have basic math skills (addition/subtraction) and strong interpersonal/relationship-building skills.

• Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

• Previous experience with SAP and Catalyst or another inventory management system. Pro-track experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$18.75 - $26.25 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
