Supply Chain Analyst - Ultimate Staffing Services

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join a Manufacturing Company in Valencia, CA. This is a 7-month project to cover a medical leave, with the potential for an extension. I believe your background could be a great fit for this role, and I'd love to discuss it further.

Here are the key details:

• Location: Valencia, CA (Fully Onsite)
• Duration: 7-Month Project (with potential for extension)
• Hourly Rate: $30-36 (Depending on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible work hours (Start as early as 7 AM, leave as late as 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of component builds, assembly builds, and in-house work orders.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Program Management, Clinical, and Purchasing departments to manage production schedules.
• Plan and prioritize manufacturing processes to ensure the availability of components and devices.
• Maintain accurate reporting on program and production schedules.
• Prepare work instructions and process travelers as needed.
• Maintain assembly and product level Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Prepare semi-annual supplier reports, including forecast, KPIs, and yield rates.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in scheduling, production control, or purchasing, ideally within a medical device company.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP).
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
