We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join a Manufacturing Company in Valencia, CA. This is a 7-month project to cover a medical leave, with the potential for an extension. I believe your background could be a great fit for this role, and I'd love to discuss it further.
Here are the key details:
- Location: Valencia, CA (Fully Onsite)
- Duration: 7-Month Project (with potential for extension)
- Hourly Rate: $30-36 (Depending on Experience)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible work hours (Start as early as 7 AM, leave as late as 6 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of component builds, assembly builds, and in-house work orders.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Program Management, Clinical, and Purchasing departments to manage production schedules.
- Plan and prioritize manufacturing processes to ensure the availability of components and devices.
- Maintain accurate reporting on program and production schedules.
- Prepare work instructions and process travelers as needed.
- Maintain assembly and product level Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Prepare semi-annual supplier reports, including forecast, KPIs, and yield rates.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in scheduling, production control, or purchasing, ideally within a medical device company.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP).
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
