This position is a mission critical occupation and is responsible for the analysis of system and/or security requirements, the development and implementation of mission critical applications for the agency's Information Technology operations.
As a Supervisory IT Specialist (APPSW) - Director will provide consultation, assistance, and services with DevSecOps, Rapid Application development and deployment in a Low code/No Code Cloud environment.
Your major duties and responsibilities include:
Providing secure enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS)/Platform as a Service (PaaS) application architecture, configuration, development, business intelligence reporting and dashboards, and incorporates modern approaches for product and services delivery in an iterative manner that meets the mission and user needs.Implementing large scale SaaS solutions like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, and other similar solutions.Identifying the need for automation, outline the parameters and characteristics of the system, and ensure that the resulting system meets the needs of the business.Directing cloud-based applications in a Low code/No code rapid application development cycle incorporating rules, logic, and workflows to automate business processes.Developing secure cloud architecture solutions that adheres to OMB, NIST and HHS security regulations.Analyzing the extent to which Security Controls are implemented correctly for each new and redesigned IT system.Assisting the organization by providing leadership and guidance regarding the full administrative and human resources management functions relative to the staff supervised.NOTE: Do not cut and paste the duties, specialized experience, or occupational assessment questionnaire from this announcement into your resume as that will not be considered a demonstration of your qualifications for this position.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentU.
