Role Highlights
- Competitive Compensation: $110k-$125k annually DOE
- Potential SIGN ON BONUS for the right candidate!
- Department Leadership and Supervision: Lead the speech therapy team in Pleasanton, overseeing operations while guiding and mentoring SLPAs. Ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed, while managing your own reduced caseload.

Qualifications
- Active or pending California SLP License
- Experience in a pediatric setting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Bilingual/Spanish (preferred, but not required)
- Feeding therapy experience (preferred)
