A highly regarded California law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney for their recognized team dedicated to fighting for workers' rights. As the Supervising Attorney in the Employment Law practice, you will lead a team of attorneys and case managers, driving efforts to secure the best possible settlements for our clients. This is a great oppotunity for an associate with a background in employemnt litigation who is looking to grow with a reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a substantial caseload while managing and mentoring a team of Case Managers
- Deliver compassionate and informative client service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the legal process
- Collaborate closely with various departments Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens
- Maintain daily communication with clients regarding legal strategies and treatment plans
- Analyze case facts to clarify coverage issues and establish liability
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- 3-7 years of experience in plaintiff employment litigation
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to supervise and provide guidance to team members
- Experience successfully settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
- Spanish fluency is a valuable asset
