Superintendent - Walmart/Target at CyberCoders

We specialize in a very diverse portfolio of projects including Big Box Retail, Commercial, K-12, Municipal, Healthcare, etc.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects for Walmart and Target stores. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects for Walmart and Target stores, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to communicate project status and resolve issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, particularly in retail environments such as Walmart and Target.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam and Sage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
