Qualifications:Who we want… (Requirements)
- 6 or more years’ experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, on projects of 1+ million, ideally with specific experience in Tilt-up Construction
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent.
- Ability to effectively supervise construction employees and to accomplish work within budget and schedule.
- Very strong work ethic with the willingness to travel and/or relocate.
- Travel could be up to 100% depending on project location.
- Regularly works on-site at the project location where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and risk to electrical shock.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)
- Coordinates with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
- Responsible for daily communications/coordination with the Project Management staff to ensure successful project communication and execution.
- Responsible to be on site to supervise and oversee all concrete construction processes
- Ensures budget is followed in terms manpower productions and material expenditures.
- Organizes and schedules field labor and ensures they are performing as required
- Coordinates with other subcontractors and ensures proper planning and work harmony.
- Ensures quality is preserved in the concrete construction process.
- Tracks and reports project progress on a daily and weekly basis.
- Tracks and accurately captures/reports time for the field manpower.
- Continuously monitors productivity and percentage complete, identifying problems and potential delays, and provides solutions to overcome and delays or challenges.
- Responsibilities may also include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members in accordance with company policies; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Specific vision abilities include accurate near and distant vision.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions. The team member is occasionally exposed to high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration. The noise level is generally moderate to loud. Overtime may be required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
May manage multiple subordinate supervisors and other support staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
