Keller Williams Capital Properties is seeking candidates to fill our Director of First Impressions position for our Capitol Hill location. Our ideal candidate has a pleasant relationship-based demeanor, and professional appearance. In this role, you will be the first person that staff, clients, and visitors see as they enter our office, so it is essential to create a welcoming atmosphere. You will also complete receptionist tasks, such as answering phones, preparing outgoing mail, and assisting with office calendaring. While some postsecondary education is a plus, we prefer candidates with administrative or clerical experience. Once you become familiar with our needs and client base, you may be asked to help us manage our social media platforms

You are the Director of First Impressions, the Tone-Setter, and the Superhero of Workplace Harmony who makes everything work seamlessly. This role is to ensure the smooth operation of the office, create a welcoming environment, and be the go-to person for all matters, big or small.

Director of First Impressions
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment they step in.
- Manage incoming calls and emails courteously and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Provide communication support and outreach for trainings, events, and office activity through digital platforms, social media, and internal communications collateral
Tone Setter
- Uphold a positive and inclusive workplace culture by demonstrating enthusiasm, optimism, and empathy in all interactions.
- Organize office events, celebrations, and team-building activities to foster camaraderie and boost morale.
- Co-host New Agent Orientation to integrate them into the Market Center.
- Assist agents and clients with day-to-day activities.
- Maintain excellent appearance throughout the Market Center daily
Superhero of Office Operations
- Utilize your resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to address any office-related challenges promptly and effectively.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is in working order and well-maintained.
- Manage enterprise-wide information technology needs
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and workflows to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Provide administrative support to executives and staff members as needed, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefits.
- Assist with special impact projects as needed.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
- A high school diploma or GED certificate
- Experience as a front desk receptionist or in an administrative role (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- An understanding of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, document management, multiple phone line system, and familiarity with email marketing platforms
- Event planning and public relations skills are a plus
