Join our driven team that is passionate about delivering world-class service in the food and hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and supervise production schedules to ensure flawless executionAssess resources and project needs, strictly adhering to company goalsEnsure client and customer happiness by delivering high-quality productsCoordinate the production process to meet and exceed goalsStrictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Compliance regulationsMaintain all BRAND standardsIdentify, fix, and solve any concerns in the production processEstablish budgets, predict spending, and handle accountsCommunicate goals and targets effectively; empower and support team membersTrain and provide oversight to team members, ensuring detailed performanceHandle disputes among team members with a collaborative approachPerform inventory checks and order necessary suppliesManage P&L, including labor cost, food cost, paper goods, and site expensesReport directly to the on-site Director of OperationsPreferred Qualifications:B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; B.S. or equivalent experience is acceptable. A.A.
