Maximus currently has a Subcontract-Third Party Outreach Manager opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project. This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services. Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare, negotiate, and administer a variety of subcontracts, consulting agreements, licensing agreements and modifications thereto. - Manage the implementation of subcontracts and compliance policies and local procedures ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company directives. - Ensure subcontracts are prepared and administered in accordance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance objectives, local procedures and work instructions for the business unit. - Oversee preparation of RFP?s for distribution to subcontractors of a proposal package. - Advise others on intellectual property issues which may affect company rights, obligations, and IP related opportunities. - Evaluate proposals from subcontractors for completeness and adherence to compliance with prime contractor flow down requirements. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Advanced degree or professional designation preferred. - Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems. - Work requires considerable judgment and initiative. - Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
Previous Maximus experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.
This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.
This position requires residency in the state of Montana.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
