**Job Description:**

United Trades of America is hiring **Structural Welders** for a local project in Decatur, AL. Candidates must have experience in **Stick, MIG, and Flux Core welding** on structural steel and be able to work in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead). Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing weld inspections, and maintaining safety standards.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in structural welding.
- Ability to pass a hands-on welding test.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols.
- Local candidates only (no per diem or relocation).

**Pay:** Up to **$27 per hour** based on experience.
