Strategy Management Director (Product Management Director)

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (1-2 days/week in office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Strategy Management Director is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the Health Benefit Organization (HBO) strategic agenda.

How you will make an impact:

• Develops, implements and maintains product portfolio content.
• Partners with product managers and project team to execute HBO product strategy.
• Conducts analytics to track performance by benefit design, market segment and geography.
• Supports the development of short and long term strategic product plans in support of market, sales and profitability objectives.
• Identifies system needs to support short and long term product strategy.
• Develops system requirements and software.
• May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of regional and companywide initiatives including legislative changes, network/provider changes/ medical management program and policy initiatives.
• Develops executive level content to effectively communicate product strategy to senior audiences and advance the overall HBO strategic agenda.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• MBA preferred.
• Consulting background preferred.
• Significant experience developing and presenting executive level materials.
• Experience conducting workshops to define strategic agenda.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location, the salary range for this specific position is $115,280 to $188,640.
