- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or contracts that require negotiating with external partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, JD, MSc. or other relevant graduate degree.
- Experience managing partnerships in the advertising or media industry.
- Understanding of Google’s products, the advertising industry, and ads measurement/planning.
- Ability to balance multiple priority initiatives, lead time-sensitive partnerships/projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, having an open-minded, collaborative, committed approach to business.
- Ability to form and articulate contractual, technical, financial, value points/trade-offs with partners and internal teams presenting at an executive level.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead partnership negotiations and manage executive relationships and integrations with partners.
- Structure and negotiate term sheets and agreements for business-critical partnerships. Manage implementation and ongoing operations of partnerships, including executive escalations.
- Understand the full scope of partners’ businesses and objectives to maximize the potential of Google’s partnerships.
- Drive the development of and quantitative market analyses to identify and prioritize business opportunities for Google’s advertising business.
- Collaborate with a broad range of internal constituents (product, engineering, sales, legal, PR etc.), and work with Google’s cross-functional leadership to define, present, launch, and drive critical partnerships and organizational initiatives.
