Job Title: Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
• Manage and develop staff to enhance performance and customer service.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in business administration, retail sales, or marketing preferred.
• 2 years of experience in staff management and development.
• Valid Driver's License; able to drive on behalf of the company.
