Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
- Manage and develop staff to enhance performance and customer service.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in business administration, retail sales, or marketing preferred.
- 2 years of experience in staff management and development.
- Valid Driver's License; able to drive on behalf of the company.
