Position Requirements:
- Good customer service skills
- Rental industry experience a plus
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to manage people
- Clean driving record
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft products and specialized software
- Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
- Reliable, trustworthy and on time
Major Job Duties:
- Supervise and monitor all rental service at all locations
- Supervise and monitor all equipment sales
- Supervise and monitor all self storage sales, rentals and operations
- Responsible for sales and rental growth at all locations
- Participate in daily customer service activities as needed
- Participate in daily equipment sales activities as needed
- Responsible for rental sales and marketing to drive revenue streams at all branches
- Google advertising
- Social media marketing
- Collateral materials
- Management of website
- Supervise, monitor and evaluate functional team leaders:
- Customer Service Department
- Equipment Sales Department
- Audit financial expenditures and income streams
- Supervise all aspects of rental and sales staffing for HQ location
- Interviews and hiring
- Goal setting and performance reviews
- Train and support all positions
- Address technical questions from internal and external sources
- Support other Storage In Motion staff as needed
- Other duties as they become necessary for business needs
