WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Supervise and lead a team of baristas during assigned shifts.
· Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the Starbucks store.
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
· Train and coach team members to uphold Starbucks standards.
· Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
· Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures.
· Assist in the implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives.
· Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Experience in a Starbucks, food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
· Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
· Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
