Job Description: As a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator at Loudoun Nursing and Rehab, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts, and assigning personnel based on skill levels, certifications, and resident requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding staffing ratios and qualifications.

• Maintaining accurate records of staff schedules, attendance, and time-off requests.

• Addressing staffing shortages and scheduling conflicts promptly and effectively.

• Assisting in training new staff members on scheduling systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active CNA in the Virginia

• Proven experience as a scheduler or staffing coordinator in a healthcare setting.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in scheduling software and computer applications.
