Staff Architect II - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Staff Architect II position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, with 3+ years of experience in architectural projects, preferably multifamily or mixed-use.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM software (BIM360, BIM Collaborate), AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
• Expertise in producing 2D conceptual plans and 3D renderings for presentations.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and local planning regulations, including IBC, Fair Housing Act, ANSI, and TAS.
• Collaborate with teams to create and coordinate BIM models and construction documents.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input on design and constructability issues.
• Review and modify designs based on feedback from management, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in BIM technology and architectural design techniques.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
