Staff Accountant (Tax & Audit) - CyberCoders

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Staff Accountant (Tax & Audit) to join our team. This position is responsible for providing professional accounting services such as preparing and reviewing tax returns, financial statements, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Undertake financial audits of businesses and organizations to assess accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide detailed analysis of financial information
• Develop and maintain internal accounting controls to ensure the integrity of accounting information
• Analyze and reconcile account balances and identify discrepancies
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Assist with budget preparation and forecast analysis
• Respond to accounting inquiries or issues
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license and/or other applicable certification preferred
• Proficiency in Tax Returns, Audit, Individual Returns, Business Returns
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
