ABOUT THE COMPANY:

• Our client is a leader in the Central Ohio area is seeking a temporary Staff Accountant to assist with essential accounting tasks during a vacancy. This role involves collaborating with the CFO and two other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

OVERVIEW OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

• The Staff Accountant will manage the monthly close process
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Perform general bookkeeping duties as including general ledger

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

• Monthly close process experience is a must
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Staff Accountant will be proficient with Excel, including pivot tables
• Manufacturing/Cost Accounting experience is a plus

The Staff Accountant position is located in Sunbury, Ohio and is 100% on-site M-F 8:00-5:00
Salary up to $77,000
