Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial reviews of manufacturing operations
• Develop performance dashboards and cost reduction strategies
• Analyze cost variances and inventory valuation
• Manage month-end financial close processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate across teams to ensure comprehensive financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• 1-4 years cost accounting experience in manufacturing
• Consumer products industry experience preferred
• CMA certification a plus

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
• Financial modeling
