Staff Accountant - US Renal Care

The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing basic accounting functions and supporting Senior Accountants in the overall accounting cycle
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
* Cash/bank reconciliations; balance sheet reconciliations
* Reconcile Inventory
* Record bonus accrual and record monthly amortization
* Prepare JV financials (i.e. run and organize reports)
* Prepare JV cash flows
* Prepare rent/CAM invoices (as applicable)
* Review rent summaries to ensure any rate increases have been captured
* Prepare quarterly distribution calculations
* Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job

Requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deadline driven environment.
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Outlook) with Excel Skills; proficiency in USRC applications required within 90 days of hire
