CORPORATE STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Duties:
- Review and process corporate payables (including check cutting, expense coding, online portal approval)
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statements for partners
- Perform quarterly close entries, prepare supporting schedules on a quarterly basis and prepare quarterly reforecast for selected accounts
- Bank Reconciliation review
- Wire entries
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of staff level accounting experience required
- Degree in Accounting required
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with MRI is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills required
- Must be highly focused on details
- Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards; attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
- Must adapt to change and be flexible
- Demonstrate initiative – ability to think and work independently as well as work in teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
