Main Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant

• Assist with month end close, prepare journal entries, financial reports, and reconciliations
• Assist with annual audit and provide back up to AP and AR as needed
• Month end close reporting and analysis
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Assist with review of Journal Entries & Reconciliations
• Assist with Budgeting & Forecasting process

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance is a plus
• 3+ years of experience
• Proficient within Excel
• Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects
