Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, handle HR-related inquiries, and manage HRIS systems.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring employees have access to valuable benefits.
Payroll Processing: Manage payroll activities, including processing employee timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll distribution.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years experience in HR or related roles, with payroll and full cycle recruiting experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
