About the Job
Vaco is currently recruiting for an ambitious and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a thriving and expanding organization within the Manufacturing Industry. Please reach out for immediate consideration!
Responsibilities:
- Posting Journal Entries
- Assist with financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Month End/Year End Close
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related or equivalent year for year experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on reconciliations, billing, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
