• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Classify and analyze various revenue streams, costs, and expenses.
• Develop and compile financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Review business entries for compliance with accounting policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
• 2-3 years of solid accounting experience.
• Proficient in Yardi or Rent Manager.
• High-level Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
