Who We Want
The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for the operational assistance of internal stakeholders and partner offices. The Senior Operations Specialist supports the partner offices, internal stakeholder with operational issues and questions as well as maintains relationships with the custodians. This position also helps with assist the SVP of Operations with special projects and training of new Operations Specialist stakeholders.
What To Expect
- Work internally with multiple departments to ensure timely and compliant duties are performed and met.
- Maintaining working relationships with our assigned Relationship Managers at the custodians we use.
- Setting up system access for post-transformations offices and their new hires.
- Provide operational assistance to partner offices and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and improve operational workflows of new or existing operational processes
- Coordinating with custodian to understanding their workflows and creating training cards to assist partner offices in these methods.
- Ensure and monitor training cards for accuracy
- Desktop creations to maintain books and records of operational procedures/processes.
- Communicating with other departments effectively on new processes or changes to existing processes.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study is preferred
- 1+ years of industry experience is preferred
- Familiarity/experience with CRM and custodial tools, and specifically, SalesForce
- High attention to details
- Effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Manage multiple projects with precision
- Self-starter that can take ownership
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new tools and programs quickly
- Constantly improve product and regulatory knowledge, including continuing education and training to enhance job performance
- Work with Carson team members to troubleshoot and resolve client and Partner issues
- Maintaining and upkeeping required records of documented operational processes.
- Support other team members with their objectives and duties if needed
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Highly organized with a high attention to detail
