- In addition to supporting our normal operational requests (i.e., supporting catalog items, implementations, integrations, admin, etc.), the developer will need to have experience and knowledge of SN Asset Management as well as Configuration Management and Discovery (which may be needed to support Asset Management).

PositionSummary
Serves as atechnical leader and primary point of contact for all operational supportissues related to our ServiceNow Instance. Applies advanced IT skills as aseasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of IT servicemanagement industry practices, community standards and relevant policies andprocedures ranging from medium to large projects with major scope andcomplexity. Resolves a wide range of highly complex issues. Demonstratescompetency in selecting and deploying tools, methods and techniques to obtainresults. Independently manages systems and services for all instances ofServiceNow. As an experienced professional, provides architectural guidance andmakes recommendations.
KeyResponsibilities
30% Provideon-going production and end user support. Provide administration functions suchas managing users, workflows, tables, and data. Ensure application tool meetssecurity industry standards or best practices. Identify system deficiencies andrecommend solutions. Follow established IT department procedures, such aschange control and release management. Understands and applies industrypractices, community standards and department policies and procedures relatingto work assignments. Negotiates project plans with stakeholders, interacts withsenior level and internal personnel. May lead a team of IT or Businessprofessionals. Support of the operation and delivery to agreed service levels
30% Performs datamodeling, performance and integration testing and builds interfaces for avariety of internal and external constituents. Monitors and employs source codecontrol techniques and configuration management. Ensure tool configuration isconsistent across development, test, QA and production environments. Knowledgeand understanding of the relationships and integrations via Active Directoryand other identity management systems, APIs, and other tools.
20% Plans, designs,develop, modify, debugs, deploys and evaluates complex software for functionalareas. Analyzes the design and use of complex data sources. Applies moderate tocomplex programming security practices. Negotiates, develops and executes moderateto complex test plans. Develops system implementation plans. Negotiates withstakeholders on the creation of software specifications or requirements
20% Provides anddevelops user training related to the use of ServiceNow. Demonstrate ability todocument complex application configuration and system workflows. Trains usersin the implementation of system as needed. Develops both conceptual and detaileddata models for projects. Initiates, designs or modifies, processes andprocedures where standardized policies or procedures may not exist.

- Experience in incident response and demonstrated broad problem-solving skills, including error examination, analysis and technical recommendations on the ServiceNow platform or related systems.

EducationRequiredQualifications Bachelor\'s degreein a related area and / or equivalent experience/training.

- Required Qualifications Completion of ServiceNow Fundamentals.
