Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS for Frontline Workforce
Compensation: 50/50 plan 90,000-120,000 USD OTE

Key Performance Objectives
Source High-Quality Leads:
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads by researching and identifying organizations with large frontline teams.
- Develop outreach strategies leveraging email, social media, and calls to target key decision-makers (e.g., HR leaders, operations managers).
- Consistently deliver 20–25 high-quality meetings per month for the sales team.
Engage Decision Makers:
- Use consultative and personalized outreach approaches to articulate how our SaaS platform solves challenges faced by companies with distributed and deskless employees.
- Achieve a response rate of 15% or higher from cold outreach campaigns by optimizing messaging and channel strategies.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Partner with Marketing to refine lead-generation campaigns and track the performance of SDR-driven initiatives.
- Provide feedback to Product and Customer Success teams based on prospect conversations to influence product enhancements.
Optimize Outreach Strategies:
- Test and refine prospecting approaches to improve conversion rates, including experimenting with new tools, sequences, and value propositions.
- Track key metrics (e.g., open rates, booking rates) and achieve a 10% improvement quarter-over-quarter.

- Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track and optimize performance.
- Team Leadership: A natural mentor who elevates team performance through knowledge sharing and encouragement.
Required Experience
- 3+ years in an SDR or similar role, preferably in SaaS targeting mid-market clients (200 - 10,000 employees)
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding KPIs such as meetings booked, pipeline created, or revenue influenced.
- Experience working with frontline-heavy industries such as retail, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, or manufacturing is a strong plus.
