Sr. Project Manager/Architect at Sparks Group

About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Define project requirements through client interaction.
- Develop and manage project timelines and work plans.
- Ensure adherence to construction drawings, security protocols, and building codes.
- Oversee all project phases, from initiation to completion.
- Conduct engineering analyses, design, and documentation for new projects and improvements.
- Provide technical oversight across all engineering disciplines.
- Independently lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and technicians.
- Assess project impact on medical center operations, including patient care.
- Collaborate with medical center personnel to define project scope, phasing, and specific design requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in medical facility design and construction.
- Registered Architect (AIA) license.
- Proven track record on healthcare projects exceeding $1M.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze project data and effectively communicate project status.
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
- Familiarity with construction contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Experience in engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Salary $105,000.00 to $115,000.00
