Sr. Oracle Solutions Architect - TEKsystems

Description:

One of TEKsystems' clients, an enterprise organization and leader in their respective industry, is looking for a Sr. Level Systems Analyst (Oracle SME) to join their team. The company has embarked on a large, enterprise-wide, digital transformation that includes a migration from Oracle on-prem to Oracle Fusion Cloud for many of their applications and business functions.

The candidate will join their organization and provide top-tier support for internal employees within that department, specifically the quotes and orders team, sales representatives, credit and billing. In total, there are about 600 employees with these functions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the business needs and lead the support and analysis of the newly implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud application and continue running point on future enhancements, etc.

Top Skills' Details

1) Oracle applications -- a SME-level of understanding of Oracle applications; this person will essentially be the top-tier support for Oracle as the company migrates from on-prem to Fusion Cloud

2) Solutions Architect -- this functional resource will need to understand the inner-workings of Oracle Fusion for all of the business applications (ie CPQ, Sales, OCI, Eloqua)

3) Systems Analysis/Business Analyst -- this role requires someone who is willing and able to dig-in and understand the business and how the entire digital transformation works together

4) Customer service/customer support -- the majority of the calls this person will end up working on are from the approx 600 internal employees that are non-technical
