Title: Sr. OCM Specialist

As a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist, you will lead and execute change management strategies for our clients' transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring change plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that projects meet their objectives by facilitating smooth transitions and fostering a culture of change readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational goals and transformation objectives.
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Lead change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential challenges and areas of resistance.
- Create and execute change communication plans, ensuring key messages reach the right audience at the right time.
- Establish a network of change agents and champions within client organizations to drive change at the grassroots level.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to equip them with the skills needed to lead their teams through change effectively.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to build change competency among employees.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management and organizational development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leading change management initiatives within complex organizations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders and managers through change.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
