Responsibilities:
As the Sr. Manager, Financial Systems, you will be tasked with the following:

2. Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the needs of the organization.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, ensure data integrity, and improve system performance.
5. Lead the development and implementation of financial system strategies, ensuring they align with the company's overall business strategy.
6. Provide training and support to team members and other users of the financial systems.
7. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in financial systems technology, implementing relevant innovations into the company's financial systems.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with financial systems, including ERP implementation and Power BI.
4. Strong understanding of financial processes and principles, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
5. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
