We are on the hunt for a dynamic, resourceful, and highly analytical Sr. Manager/Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is an exceptional opportunity to join our fast-growing company in the Insurance industry where you will play a significant role in steering the financial direction of the company. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a substantial impact on our organization.
Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Manager/Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the company.
2. Providing insightful and detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
3. Leading the development and execution of financial models for capital modeling, IPO, and reinsurance.
4. Implementing and managing financial reporting systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
6. Utilizing Netsuite or related ERP for financial management and analysis.
7. Presenting financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and stakeholders.
8. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
9. Identifying opportunities for financial optimization and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Sr. Manager/Director of FP&A role will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the insurance industry.
2. Proven experience with Netsuite or related ERP systems.
3. Prior experience in preparing for an IPO.
4. Expertise in capital modeling and reinsurance.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information and complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
7. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
8. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and driving financial performance.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
10. High degree of proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
