Summary/Description: The Sr. Management/Operations Analyst will conduct research and analysis that develops awareness of partner nation social, economic, military, and Governmental situations and provides Governmental decision makers with baseline information to develop course of action options to make decisions that increase U.S. influence and enable the success of partner nation current and future operations against transnational criminal organizations.  Services include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide, for Government review, expert research, analysis, and written recommendations  
in support of J6 and cybersecurity current and emerging challenges.   - Based on N&NC/J5 guidance and incorporating N&NC's component command capacity  
development plan inputs, define a methodology and repeatable process for Government  
approval that results in an annual C4/Cybersecurity Capacity Synchronization Plan for The  
Bahamas and Mexico.   - Conduct resource analysis, plan, schedule, report, participate in, prepare meeting minutes,  
and coordinate with the N&NC/J5 and associated partner nation engagements.    - Support planning, organizing, engagements, and capacity building The Bahamas and Mexico to adapt and implement TCP and Department of Defense priorities for partnership  
in the cyberspace domain.  - Support planning, coordination, and execution of cyberspace cooperation activities to  
include, but not be limited to, bi-lateral and multi-lateral engagements, exercises, subject  
matter expert exchanges, information sharing initiatives, provisioning of equipment, advise  
and assist and provide meeting minutes.   - Support prioritization and normalization of international cyberspace cooperation activities  
by planning and including cyberspace security goals and priorities within the TCP and other government strategies, policies and plans.   - Develop concept packages for government review to support cyberspace activities, and  
document activities within the SOCIUM.   - Support government in the conduct of assessment, monitoring and evaluation (AM&E) of  
partner nations, focusing on the cyber domain, to include identifying and disseminating  
best practices gathered from existing security cooperation programs.   - Conduct research and analysis that develops awareness of the partner nation's information  
sharing capabilities, identifies potential shortfalls, and makes recommendations to the  
Government regarding potential courses of action and investment strategies. This will  
include opportunities to enhance security, performance, interoperability and to identify  
capability gaps and opportunities for technology leveraging and sharing in support of  
current and future mission requirements.   - Conduct analysis to capture operational linkages and tactics, techniques and procedures  
(TTPs) to support development of C4 Communications & Information Sharing and  
Knowledge Management best practices, as well as provide meeting minutes.   - Support the development of enterprise architectures, and design and validation of  
information sharing/knowledge management processes and tools for N&NC Combined  
Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS).   - Document results in Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), or  
other appropriate DOD processes.   - Conduct research, analysis and documentation of partner nation C4/Cybersecurity that  
enhances partner nation capability to plan, select, install, configure, operate, and maintain  
their internal strategic, tactical and/or coalition classified and unclassified voice and data  
capabilities.   - Conduct analysis and document results of partner nation existing and planned  
communications capability and interoperability assessments, C4 maintenance processes  
and practices, and gap/shortfall analysis.   - Develop, and present to the government for approval, partner nation course of action  
recommendations based upon C4/Cybersecurity analysis and provide meeting minutes. 
Required Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years' related experience required;
- BA/BS required (MA/MS preferred);
- Able to speak, read, write, and translate to the ALTA Level 9 (or equivalent) in the Spanish language;
- Personnel performing this task must possess certification, or within 180 days obtain, in either Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Security+, or  commensurate certification that verifies cybersecurity expertise and experience 
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Travel is required 25 percent of the time
- Lift up to 45lbs
- Able to perform basic physical tasks (i.e., typing, work while sitting and/or standing)
