About the Job
The Senior Financial Analyst, Global Gaming will be primarily supporting all planning and forecasting activities for Global Gaming (GG), across multiple brands. This will include revenue forecasting, expense management, and capital planning; as well as enhancing the GG operating model and automating processes through Tableau. The position will also be involved in supporting Capex Management, TM1 support, Casino Management System support, and ad-hoc analyses leveraging Tableau.
Essential Functions:
- Support the preparation and submission of annual planning activities & ongoing forecasts
- Manage Capital Monthly reviews and creation of CARs, including CAR Analysis Report and managing the CAR tool
- Assist with special and ad-hoc projects as required including process improvements and automation, improvement in reporting capabilities, and expense tracking/analytics
- Provide TM1, Casino Management System, Tableau, and other system support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Data Science
- 3+ years of experience in a related position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point experience. IBM Cognos (TM1), Oracle Financial Systems and Tableau required. Power BI/SQL is a plus
- BS/MA required
- GAAP and/or database knowledge is a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective project and time management skills; must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Travel: No or very little travel likely
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
This position is classified as "in-office." As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida from Tuesday through Thursday. Employees may work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Some positions may require additional in-office time each week and final schedule is determined by your leader. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
